The Agreement
By accessing or using the EduPort platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of a school or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
License & Restrictions
EduPort grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our LMS for educational management. Users agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.
- Use the platform for any unlawful activities.
- Upload malicious code or bypass security protocols.
- Resell or redistribute the service without explicit consent.
Our Rights
All software, brand elements, UI designs, and algorithms within the EduPort platform are the exclusive property of EduPort Cloud. Your use of the service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights.
Limitations
EduPort is provided "as is." While we strive for 100% uptime, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
Closing Accounts
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if these terms are violated. Schools may terminate their subscription according to their specific contract agreements.
